Arcontech Group PLC (formerly Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC) has been established in London’s financial district, the City, since 1999 and is a public company listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (ticker symbol: ARC).

On 17th February 2009 Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC was renamed and is now incorporated under the name: Arcontech Group PLC.

Arcontech Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the group was founded in 1979.  Arcontech Limited is a leading provider of real-time market data solutions; specialising in market data distribution and trading systems based on its award winning CityVision product suite.
